Have Not is a fashion magazine published by the Universität der Künste Berlin. Considered as a « fashion magazine unstuck in time », it presents a collation of stories and memories that inhere in time-worn clothing, under the eye of contemporary photographers.

In Kosovo, Reto Schmid captured the eccentric and flamboyant personalities of a likely empty small town, creating a strange world, in which fashion imagery mixes with the setting of a shattered country.
